CODAR will assess a non-refundable, minimum diagnosis/repair fee for any equipment returned for repair. If the equipment is too corroded/dirty for initial assessment, a deep-cleaning charge will be debited against the minimum fee. If repair or diagnosis fees are expected to exceed the minimum, you will be contacted for authorization to continue work and provided an estimate for additional work. Every effort will be made to reduce costs to the customer. We will notify you of the minimum RMA fee at the time of issuing RMA number, based on the review of failure symptoms you described. There will be no diagnosis/repair fee if the part or failure is determined to be covered under warranty.
